Can you make sure your 3D view is in Rendered mode? This is a requirement for these pickers to work. If this is not the cause, feel free to reach out to me by mail with a video of the issue.
I am sorry, I was on vacation when I saw you le bug report and I forgot to answer. This is unfortunately not a bug but a Blender limitation, mouse wheel won't work and any mouse click will close the Pie menu, there is no way around it.

Thanks for the latest update! I have one request and is for the film grain, can you add support for vertical format? I want to use it for my IG post.

Thank you for bringing it up. Tiling in compositing was broken since Blender 4.1, but it seems that it got brought back in 4.4, I will update the graph to support film grain tiling again.

I fixed the film grain tiling with version 5.5.2, please note that this will only work with Blender 4.4.
